These were wonderfully satisfying! I added 1/2 cup of bell peppers because I had them left over from another dish and it turned out great. This is my first time making latkes and I'm very impressed

Great stuff. I wasn't sure there'd be any to serve because I kept eating a batch while the next one was cooking.

Although there is a bit of preperation to this recipe, you get out of it more than you put into it. I found these potato pancakes to be absolutely delicious and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have the best with their breakfast or snack anytime of the day. Kudos to Teresa
