Larb Gai - Spicy Thai Chicken Salad

Recipe #88611 | 25 min | 15 min prep | add private note

By: Tracy K

Spicy Thai chicken salad, with a wonderful variety of flavors and textures. Use fresh herbs in this recipe, dried will not even come close! Use of boneless, skinless chicken and no added oil makes this a very tasty low-fat dish. Source: Somchet Chumpapo

First, thank you! This recipe made my husband SO happy! It is his favorite dish and this is the best recipe we have found. Second, we used turkey, and doubled the recipe and only spent $12, it should have been enough to feed an army, but there are no leftovers. This is going to be made weekly at my house for a very long time!

I made this and it was good/ok. . The heat level was perfect. The balance of other flavors seemed to lack something. Will make again until I find a better recipe. Thanks

I made this tonight and it was great! Only thing I did differently was omit cayenne pepper and the garlic/red chile paste. Instead I used 2 fresh habanero chile peppers
