Very tasty. I loved the crunchy cracker topping. It was just a bit dry and I couldn't taste the parmesan cheese. When I make this again, I will add a little milk and some more cheese. Thanx for posting this!

5 Stars ! In general I upped all of the quantities of the ingredients except butter which I ommitted completely (since I had more cream)and since we like a crunchy topping. I used Huntly Palmer Cream Crackers for the topping and this is my first ever recipe using cracker crumbs instead of breadcrumbs as a topping, Yum! I will definiately be doing this again! Mine took about 30 minutes in the oven and I served it over spagetti and it was a total hit. Please see my rating system:5 stars for an easy to make recipe that is very tasty indeed and gained many requests for second helpings. Thanks !
