    Place chicken, wine& onions in shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle chicken with tarragon and salt& pepper to taste.

    Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.

    Gently fold in mayonnaise.

    Spoon mixture on top of chicken.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.

    Bake an additional 10- 15 minutes (until golden).
