It was too tart for me when I used a whole package of koolaid, but I cut it down to half of a package (pink lemonade made it taste just like lemon icebox pie!) and it was perfect!

Students in my Foods I class were really not pleased.Only 1 out of 16 really liked it. We varied it through kool-aid flavors and the amount (1 and 2 pks. kool-aid). In my opinion, it makes a great light dessert, however. Do you think cream cheese and/or sugar could be added to give it more flavor?

It's tart because you are only supposed to use ONE package of koolaid (per all the other recipes for koolaid pie I know) Try it with one and see if it's better!
