    Combine butter and sugar until creamy.

    Add milk, and stir.
  3. 3
    Add baking powder and flour and combine until just mixed.

    Add chocolate chips and mix all together.
  5. 5
    Roll dough into balls (golfball size or smaller) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Press down with fork tines.
  7. 7
    Bake in a moderate over at 350 and remove when the bottoms become golden brown.

    These were GREAT! The batter turned out a nice, white colour. The final result is a beautiful, light chocolate chip cookie. Perfect for company! I also loved that it didn't make a HUGE amount. Thanks for posting!
