Just cooked this dish for dinner. Was really tasty and flavorful. I used 2 cups (one can) of chicken broth and 2 cups water. Will definately use this recipe again.

We loved this easy and great tasting rice side dish. Instead of the 3 cups of water I did use chicken broth for a richer flavored rice. Served with kittycatmom's Grilled Balsamic Chicken #374987 and enjoyed a wonderful supper. Thank you hon for another super recipe!

A very easy to prepare and flavoursome rice recipe. I always love it that I don't have to even do the simple calculation of doubling the garlic when I make KITTENCAL's recipes! I used my Vegetable Stock in place of the chicken stock but otherwise made this exactly to the recipe. Loved the added flavour of the rice being slightly browned. We enjoyed this with Chef Kate's Lemon Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry. I'll certainly be making this again. Thank you for sharing another super recipe, KITTENCAL.

Great rice. The rinsing was more than I wanted to do on a weeknight, but it turned out great. Thanks for another winner, Kittencal.
