I do not think that I will attempt this recipe. Too way out for me! But I congratulate the curious ones who did and liked it.

I found this recipe while looking for a way to use up the rest of my kielbasa after Christmas and my curiosity got the better of me. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was actually quite tasty! I will probably make it again next time I have a leftover half a kielbasa. Thanks Carol!

To be honest, I tried this recipe for two reasons; it sounded sooo unusual, and because there was a heck of a good sale on kielbasa this week. Pat yourself on the back and smile, Carol, because you were right! The combination of flavors and textures was unique. I prepared this recipe as written. My youngest nephew (age 6) wants to add jelly next time! My "Picky Panel of Judges" gave this recipe 4 stars.

The unusual combination of ingredients intrigued me, so I had to give this a try. While I don't think I will make this often, this was rather tasty. I used smooth peanut butter as crunchy peanut butter is not allowed in our house (LOL)! I believe children would really love these, especially with jelly. They are really cute when cooked and this "eye" appeal usually convinces children to try something! Thanks Lorac!
