Because the ingredients sounded very different from other biscuits I had to try it and glad I did. Made fine biscuits from only 4 ingredients - not quite what I would call soft high rise biscuits I'm used to baking but did good for 4 ingredients. Although I baked for the requisite time, they did not brown too well or rise well. Not flat, but would like to see more rise and I can certainly taste the mayo in them.

Very good but cake-like. They pretty much double in size. Next time I'll try buttermilk.

This recipe was so simple, they came out just perfect! I used them for biscuits and gravy. I did not have self rising flour, so I used all-purpose flour and added 1 T. baking powder and 1/4 t. salt. I will make again. Thanks!

This was probably the easiest biscuit recipe I've ever made. I don't think the prep time for me was 10 minutes, more like 5 and they were perfect after the 30 minute bake time. Honestly, I think these were better than KFC! I always have these ingredients on hand so I know now what to make for last minute biscuits! Thanks for posting this Ashley, we loved these!
