These are great! They're really pretty easy to make. They are quite satisfying and inexpensive to make. I used canola oil because the recipe didn't specify, and that seemed to work well. The balls I made were a little smaller than a ping-pong ball and I rolled them out to about 3" to 3 1/2" in diameter. I'll make these again, I'm sure. My husband loved them. Next time I might halve the recipe just to keep us from eating so many! Great way to use up bananas if you're tired of banana bread. It's a little odd, but they didn't taste a whole lot like banana. My husband didn't guess that's what was in them. That's a good thing in my opinion.
