This is almost exactly like the best barbecue sauce my mother used and I kept losing the recipe for. I omitted salt as well as the mustard. I added 2 TB olive oil and 1/2 diced medium onion. Saute the onion in oil and then add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer about 10 minutes. This is the sauce everyone is proud to lick off of their fingers. Nummy!

Made this today for chicken breasts and chicken wings on the grill. It was really good! It was good and I will definitely make it again. It got good and gooey and sticky on the grill....just what I was looking for!

This sauce is fantastic. I made it early in the day and let it simmer on low for about an hour. I put it on baby back ribs during the last hour of cooking them and they were truly outstanding. I have found my new favorite bbq sauce. Thanks!

Inez this is without a doubt delicious! We went through 7 pounds of ribs yesterday and it drew ohhs and ahhs. The honey really made this I think. I still have a 1/2 cup left and will be used on some sausage tonight. LOL! Thanks for a great keeper. Chuck
