I love this stuff! I used to make it all the time when I was single and broke and too lazy/tired to figure out something to eat. I've made it with many different kinds of pasta, but always add a smidge of butter and some garlic salt. Yum!

I use elbow macaroni noodles as well. Great as a quick lunch when I am either feeling really picky or don't have much in the house to make for lunch...I always have macaroni and tomato sauce in the pantry.

We used elbow noodles, and didn't drain all the water. Kinda make a "soup" we called ours noodles! Just add salt and pepper...yum

When I was a kid we made this dish with the Creamette elbow Macaroni and a can of tomatoes. We called it Creamettes and Tomatoes and I loved it. I make it now with Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes and if you want to, add some cooked shrimp or chicken. Dinner time!
