My daughter and I just made these. She enjoyed making them. It's simple, quick, and easy. Will defnetly make again. They were somewhat gooey-but once they cool- they were okay. Love the chocolate!!

Good flavor, but wasn't like a brownie. Cake like and Not "Chewy" I think they would make good chocolate muffins. Also, had to cook extra 10 min. to cook. Was raw at 25 min.

I made this recipe on 5/28/08, and I have to say this first, I really don't like giving any recipe a 3 star rating. The recipe itself mixed up just fine, and the finished product taste very "chocolatly". I followed the recipe as written and even lightly greased my pan so they wouldn't stick. But as far as the rising they didn't and I had to let them bake for at least 15 to 20 minutes more before they were done.Even chilling in the "fridge" didn't help them. I don't think they are going to be made again. But,"Keep Smiling "

These were excellent. I used pecans and added 1/4 cup of butterscotch chips. I made them in half batches because my big pan was dirty. =P They still came out super soft and chewy. Don't grease the pan too much or they will be too greasy. If you use spray, spray and blot with a paper towel to remove excess.
