Tastes just like KFC! I don't know who Judith Comfort is, but this recipe is amazing. It's my new favourite - so easy too!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    In bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
  2. 2
    In large bag, shake together flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika and salt.
  3. 3
    Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into egg mixture; shake chicken in flour mixture.

    Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with butter.
  5. 5
    Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 hour or until chicken is crispy on outside and no longer pink inside.

I thought that this was pretty good, although I agree with the other reviews stating that it is nothing like KFC. The tops were crispy, but the undersides were a bit soggy, so I would cook on a rack over the pan next time. The flavor was all in the skin, which was disappointing to family members that don't like chicken skin. I served this with Creamy Pasta with Bacon and Simply Spiced String/ Green Beans.

    I made this for dinner evening using chicken breasts. It was moist, crisp and delicious. Baked them for 35 minutes. Will make again but plan to use less paprika....one teaspoon rather than a tablespoon.

    This was really easy to make and was scrumptious. I definetly will keep this recipe. I used Drumsticks and I can't say it really tasted like KFC, but in my mind I think it tasted better.

    Very moist, easy to make, mushy crust, not much flavor at all. Definately not anything like KFC!!!!!!!!
