This was super easy to prep. The chicken came out light and tasty. I added 2 tbsp white wine and 1tbsp of capers. I also decided to broil it in the oven rather than to sautee it, but I think either way would have been just fine! Served with Jasmine rice and veggies.

This chicken was great! We especially liked it with the recipe on here for "Lemon Sauce for Chicken" on rice with some veggies on the side. Very good!
