This is a fun and different way to make jello for the kids.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2
    Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2-2 qt microwavable bowl.
  3. 3
    Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. 4
    Stir to dissolve completely.
  5. 5
    Add marshmallows to gelatin.
  6. 6
    Microwave one minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.
  7. 7
    Stir until completely melted and mixture is smooth (creamy layer will float to top).
  8. 8
    Pour into prepared pan.
  9. 9
    Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
  10. 10
    Loosen edges with knife dipped in warm water.
  11. 11
    Starting at one end, roll up tightly.
  12. 12
    With seam side down, cut into 10-12 1/2 inch slices.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

I can't believe I forgot to rate these. My kids love these, especially my 3 yr old. They did stick to the plate after a couple of hours in the fridge. My kids could care less they still loved them. Great recipe, thanks for posting!

    My kids loved these! I made these for them tonight and my 7 yr olds eyes lit up when he saw them. I'm going to make 2 more batches tomorrow for the 4th of July in red and blue. Perfect for the kids at g'mas house. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us.

    I have this recipe and have made these several times. We just love them! If I might pass along a hint, use wax paper in the pan and spray the paper lightly with cooking spray. It sure makes the rolling process alot easier. Great recipe!

    My kids loved these. Great fun to make. I used blackcurrant jelly and white marshmallows. It looked very pretty. Pretty sticky, though, so I rolled them in sugar, which worked well.
