Thanks to Jello, Cool Whip,Box instant pudding, &box cake this is so easy. Great for pot luck!

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Bake cake according to package directions in 13 x 9 pan (use all egg whites).

    Cool awhile.
  3. 3
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  4. 4
    Poke holes all over cake with large utility fork.
  5. 5
    Spoon jello evenly over cake.
  6. 6
    Refrigerate at least a couple of hours.
  7. 7
    Prepare pudding as directed on package for pudding.
  8. 8
    Chill awhile.
  9. 9
    Spread pudding evenly over cake.
  10. 10
    Chill.
  11. 11
    Spread Cool Whip over top of cake and garnish with strawberries.

This is a nice desert to make for your family. We found this to also to be nice and light just the way we like it.

    I made this using fat-free Cool Whip and sugar free instant pudding and it still rocked! Thanks for the recipe.

    This was delicious! I added too much jello though which is not your fault at all just because i didn't read the directions right. It would have been better with less jello like you have posted in the recipe but it was still very very good. I used cherry jello instead of strawberry. I will be making this again but next time I will follow the directions. Thank you for a great recipe!

    I made this cake yesterday. Very good! I reduced the boiling water to 1 cup and added 3/4 cup of orange soda.
