Delicious! Loved the glaze and the addition of the pineapple. I chose the grilling method, YUM! Made for Fall 2009 Pick A Chef.

I was looking for a simple glaze for a small ham roast for New Year's day dinner, this worked very well. I made about a half cup and used canned cubed pineapple, adding the pineapple only the last 15 minutes of cooking. I too used Splenda brown sugar mix. Very tasty, thanks for posting.
