I would give this 10 stars if I could, everyone loved this dip! It tastes exactly like jalepeno poppers and is no work at all. I doubled this recipe and added some white ex sharp cheddar and an extra can of green chilis. I just threw it all in a small crock pot for a party and served with tortilla chips. Thank you for a unique recipe for our parties. Ok, I just made this again and had some leftover so I decided to use the rest as the filling for Bacon Wrapped Chicken (Oamc) and I have to say WOW! That recipe was great the way it was written but with this as the filler it was even better.

I made this awhile back as posted on another site and it was a huge hit at a summer party. It has been requested often. Thank you so much for posting here **Note- I topped with panko crumbs and put a light spray of oil (before baking) to have the cripy texture of the outside of a jalapeno pepper-very good

YUM! This was delicious! Next time I might mix half a cup of the parmesean into the dip and put the other half on top. The parm made a weird crust on top and when the dip cooled a bit it was hard to scoop with a chip.

To quote one of my good friends, this tastes "like a party in my mouth"! We LOVED this recipe! I took it to a friend's house for a football party and it disappeared within a half an hour! I used all low-fat ingredients and thought it still tasted great, although next time I think I'll add the whole can of diced jalapenos! I served this dip with baked tortilla chips. STK FD WIFE, A.TITUS, thanks for a tasty and easy appetizer recipe!
