Try something new for lunch! Adapted from The Ultimate Weight Solution Cookbook by Dr. Phil McGraw.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine the tuna, celery, dill relish, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and set in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  2. 2
To make the wrap, spoon 1/2 cup filling into each tortilla and roll it up. Enjoy!
  3. 3
    Note:.
  4. 4
You may make this to go, but you must keep the filling and the tortilla separate so the tortilla doesn't get soggy over the course of the morning. Store the filling in the fridge, so the mayonnaise doesn't spoil.

Needing a quick lunch this suited both my tastes and the ingredients on hand, save the tortilla. My sandwich was served on a flatbread and was just full of bright flavors and crunch. I went back and forth on the pickle and decided to include it as a way of branching out and wish I'd choosen otherwise as it didn't seem to blend with the other components in the bowl. I will leave it out next time and add a little more red onion to replace the volume. Thanks Sharon!

Wonderful!! Doubled the recipe, used the tuna that comes in a pouch, green onions, and a bit more dill. Didnt find the whole wheat tortilla's so used the smaller regular ones. DD loved these too and added some romaine lettuce to hers. Thanks so much Sharon!

I made this for one of the Australian Challenges during ZWT-2006. In order to satisfy the challenge, I added some chopped carrot, pecans and pistachios to the tuna mixture then shredded some lettuce and added to the wrap before rolling. A nice quick lunch which was served with fresh fruit on the side.
