I'll have to try this with Balsamic vinegar...because mine just tasted strongly of cider vinegar.

I substituted olive oil and balsamic vinegar and added a bit more parmesan cheese. Wow, everybody loved it. We have been using this daily for the last 3 weeks. I have a very picky family and we don't give many 5-star ratings.
