I made this tonight using balsamic vinegar (all I had) and it was great. The first thing I tasted was the salt. I am not sure if that is because I used balsamic vinegar or not, but if you are on a low-sodium diet, you will want to cut down on the salt. I doubled this recipe and used a squeezable mayo bottle I almost threw out earlier, it fit perfectly with just enough room for shaking. Save those bottles!

I substituted olive oil and balsamic vinegar and added a bit more parmesan cheese. Wow, everybody loved it. We have been using this daily for the last 3 weeks. I have a very picky family and we don't give many 5-star ratings.

Delicious and simple to prepare. Everyone enjoyed this easy and tasty recipe. The measurements were very accurate - I measured everything out precisely and made no changes. Thanks.
