Fast and different way to have biscuits. Very good and can be used with any type of meal

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In bowl combine parmesan cheese, real mayonnaise and spices.
  2. 2
    Place biscuits on cookie sheet and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. 3
    Flatten biscuits into circles.
  4. 4
    Place some of the mixture on top of each biscuit.
  5. 5
    Bake at 400°F for 10-13 minutes (needs to be golden brown).

    These were easy to do, and turned out fine. I halved the topping ingredients, since I somehow ended up with a smaller (7 oz) can of biscuits. I didn't have any problems, but I got mixed reviews - I think that the mayo might have added an odd hint, or maybe it was the biscuits themselves.

    To give credit where credit's due - this is a Quick Cooking recipe. FABULOUS! Made these for company last night along w/ ribs, garlic fries, and tater dipped veggies. MMMmm!

    Out of this world!!! I served them with a veal and shrimp stew. They are very rich so next time I will serve them with main course that is not so rich.
