Italian Beer Marinade for Chicken

This is enough marinade for up to 3 pounds chicken, use this for breasts or for chicken pieces. Plan ahead the chicken must marinade for a minimum of 8 hours.

1 1/2 cups (approx) (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian dressing

  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix together all ingredients.
  2. 2
    Pour over chicken pieces, toss to coat.
  3. 3
    Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  4. 4
    Grill or bake chicken as desired (for boneless and skinless chicken breasts grill for about 4-5 minutes each side).

Delicious. I marinated for about 12 hours. The chicken was moist and had a great flavor. I used fresh lemon before sreving. Everyone love this. Thanks Kitten

    This is a lovely simple & great tasting marinade. I used it on chicken ribs & the meat was so full of flavour, a definite keeper for summer time BBQ's, thanks Kitten!
