This tasted like a power bar. I couldn't find hazelnuts (filberts) at the grocery but I bought a big bag of mixed nuts and picked them out. You could probably use walnuts as a substitute. I used leftover red wine but Kosher wine would make it much sweeter. It was sweet enough for me as it was.
