Quick and easy! This recipe comes straight from the Golden Grahams test kitchen. We loved these as children.

16 -20 bars (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Grease 9x13 pan.
  2. 2
    Pour cereal into large bowl.
  3. 3
    Heat 5 cups marshmallows, chips, butter and corn syrup in medium saucepan over low heat.

    Stir constantly until smooth.
  5. 5
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  6. 6
    Pour mixture over cereal; stir until coated.
  7. 7
    Stir in remaining marshmallows.
  8. 8
    Press into pan.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  10. 10
    Cut into bars.

    Awesome! I can't even describe how wonderful these are! A quick after school treat for the kids...if they last that long....The cooked mixture is pretty thick and sets up fairly quickly, a silicone spatula sprayed with cooking spray makes the job of getting them into the pan a lot easier. Thanks, Gwen, for a great recipe! UPDATE: I like these best with a package of milk chocolate chips and I always omit the corn syrup. Usually melt the butter, chips, and marshmallows in the microwave.
