These are the quickest, simplest cookies that you will ever make and taste great!

18 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix together until smooth.
  2. 2
    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet two inches apart. If desired, roll in extra sugar before placing on cookie sheet.

    Press with fork and press again in opposite direction.
  4. 4
    Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°.

    Do not brown, do not over bake.

Wow! I was wary with the small ingredient list, but these were awesome! We used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 brown sugar and added vanilla as others have suggested. I think my kids would have eaten them all if I'd have let them. Super easy to make - we'll definitely make these again!

    I was surprised that a recipe with such a small ingredient list managed to be so delicious, not to mention easy! When I read your recipe, I became hungry for the cookies and immediately baked them. They are a little bit sharper in peanut butter taste than what I normally make but they taste more like what they should...peanut butter. Since I was almost out of flour, they were an easy answer to my problem. Thanks for a great recipe.

    These are really amazing. My whole family enjoyed them and no one can believe they only have 3 ingredients! Be sure to flatten them far enough or the middles will not cook through.

    I was blown away by these cookies. Don`t care for peanut butter cookies but these are to die for. Hubby can`t stop eating them. didn`t have crunchy peanut butter used creamy worked great.
