We now have a new salad in the house folks!!!!! We used the lime juice

Delicious! I used lemon instead of lime because it is what I had. I also did not have any cilantro but used Old Bay Seasoning. It was great!

Mmm this was really good - i used it as the filling for whole wheat pitas. Yum!
