This refreshing smoothie is great on a summers day when it's hot

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

3 kiwi fruits, peeled, quartered
300 g fresh strawberries
350 ml orange juice
8 ice cubes

Directions

place all ingredients into blender.

MIX for 20 seconds then SMOOTH for 20 seconds or if you don't have a top of the range blender, just blend until smooth.

serve straight away.

Since the strawberries I could get this time of year aren't all that tasty anymore, I used frozen ones & left out the ice cubes, for an even more intenst flavor! Made enough for 2 very tall satisfying breakfast drinks! Thanks for posting! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC cooking game]
