Great hush puppies. Easy to do and great flavor. Served with panfried tilapia and Kfc Coleslaw.

WoW! Everyone was right, these are great! I added a little red and yellow pepper, going to try a little jalapeno next. Not heavy or grease soaked, just perfect! Made a day of catching fish and making a meal just perfect!

Thanks Nimrod! These were the best hush- puppies I have ever had...and the best part was... I made them. A very easy recipe to follow and make. I really loved the flavour that the buttermilk and the green onions added. I will be making these again often...so good served with simple baked fish...and a green salad.

Excelllent recipe, love justin wilson, miss him, only thing I did different was to use 1/4 c.Vidallia onion instead of green, and as justin did in many recipes added 1 tsp/ tabasco sauce. Just great, you deserve 5 stars. Thanks for posting.
