This is a real Hungarian goulash... I increased the paprika to 3 tablespoons, and thickened the sauce with flour in water, serving the sour cream on the side. It was really good!

This was outstanding. I used cubed pork tenderloin as the boneless pork. We liked the combination of both beef and pork meats. I also used Hungarian paprika and think that it would not have tasted so good if I had used regular paprika. The sour cream made the sauce very creamy. This was a great hearty meal and my entire family enjoyed it. Thanks Sunflower.
