This is a real Hungarian goulash... I increased the paprika to 3 tablespoons, and thickened the sauce with flour in water, serving the sour cream on the side. It was really good!

This is an awesome recipe! Spicy and easy to make. Followed the recipe exactly and it came out excellent. Absolutely loved it and that includes the other 4 in my family. Thanks so much Sunflower ; )

This was outstanding. I used cubed pork tenderloin as the boneless pork. We liked the combination of both beef and pork meats. I also used Hungarian paprika and think that it would not have tasted so good if I had used regular paprika. The sour cream made the sauce very creamy. This was a great hearty meal and my entire family enjoyed it. Thanks Sunflower.
