Very close to the dip served at Chuy's. Easy to make. It is better after it is chilled overnight.

Very easy to make and nicely flavored. I did reduce the ranch dressing and up the sour cream which made it a bit thicker. I did completely deseed the jalapenos. We used this as a dip and also on fajitas. Thank you Kerrie for sharing your recipe!
