I hate mayo but love spinach dip! This recipe fulfills my hot spinach cheese-dip desires!

    Combine all ingredients in a large (microwave safe preferably) bowl.

    Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

    Stir; microwave another 2 minutes.

    Stir again and microwave for 1 minute.

I can't believe I didn't rate this when I made it. This was AWESOME!!!!! So easy, and a huge hit at a party. I served in a bread bowl with bread cubes & crackers. Fantastic!!! Would give more stars if I could.

    I have made this twice now. I also hate Mayo. This is perfect as is very good kept in small crock pot to keep warm.

    Have made this twice now, simply fabulous. Used the crockpot as I was taking this to a party, I just added all the ingredients and cooked on high until combined and melted, then turned to low to keep warm, loved by all. Thanks for a great recipe.

    Delicious mayo free dip, thank you for sharing. I used a mix of colby cheese and mozzarella. Very popular at the pot luck I had last night.
