Perfect after a day out in the cold.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Directions

    Place the milk and chopped chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk periodically until the mixture reaches the boiling point and is foamy.
  2. 2
    Pour the hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
