A really easy little snack bite.Great that they can be made ahead of time, and then just poppped into the oven.I used garlic and herb flavoured cream cheese and gently melted my cheeses together in the microwave. Thanks KateL.

Very good cheese bites. I like the idea of making them ahead and having them ready to go in the freezer! My only change would be the cheddar cheese made this a little oily. It could be fixed with colby, but the taste wouldn't be the same. I plan to try this out with assorted cheeses and I will let you know how it turns out. Made and Reviewed for 123 Hit Wonders tag - Thanks!

We enjoyed the cheddary flavor of these little treats as a side dish with our roast beef dinner. I didn't use a double-boiler, just made the sauce over low heat and that worked out fine. Thanks for sharing.
