I used reduced-fat mayonnaise, fat free sour cream, and doubled the horseradish. I served it as a sauce for a venison roast, but it would also be very good with sandwiches or raw veggies. Very good.

This sauce is superb! I made is for leftover roast that I had made the night before to jazz it up. It was so good I used it the following day as a sandwich spread for just store bought deli roast meat. Thank you for sharing

WOW is this fantastic. I am putting this in the "favorites" cookbook for sure. I did double the amout of horseradish to suit my liking, but it was fabulous as written. I think a sprinkle of dill would be a pretty and flavorful addition to this sauce!
