I used frozen fresh salmon fillets and used my indoor electric grill and these still were awesome! I also loved the marinade so much that I made a honey-Dijon sauce; simply make another batch of marinade, but don't add the lemon juice!! I loved the sauce addition and my boyfriend said "YUMMMMM" to the fish/sauce combination. Great recipe and easy to throw together!!

The best salmon recipe that I have found. Only change I make is to add the dill to the marinade. Fantastic!

I completely eliminated the oil in the marinade and was happy with the results. (I did use cooking spray in the grill pan.) The flavor of the salmon was terrific.....slightly sweet, a bit spicy, a tiny tart from the lemons. Thanks for a recipe I will use again!
