Honey Roasted Potatoes

Sweet and tangy potatoes great with any meal.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degF (190 degC).
  2. 2
    Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. 3
    Lay potatoes in single layer in baking dish and scatter onions on top.
  4. 4
    In a small bowl combine melted butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper, drizzle over potatoes.

    Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through.

Tasty. I double the ingredients for the sauce because otherwise it's a bit bland. Other than that, great recipe!

    Although these were delicious and easy to put together, I found them a bit bland, but I think that might have been the dried mustard I was using. It was either old or I needed to add a bit more. It didn't come through quite as I had expected.

    I like different ways of cooking potatoes and this was a good one. Mashed and baked are ok but try this. It is just as easy to do and the different flavour is refreshing.
