Easy ang good. I used the ABM only for the dough, then rose and baked.

Above average results for a bread machine recipe. Used 1 envelope (2 ΒΌ tsp.) rapid rise yeast and all purpose flour. The loaf had a firm, dense, fine crumbed texture; moist interior with a crunchy crust and rough top. Very easy to slice evenly. Keeps very well in a zip top bag in the refrigerator. The honey provides a faint sweetness. Good toasted and with sweeter sandwiches. Not as good with savory fillings; the sweetness seemed odd with meat and mustard.

Great Bread, I made axactly as directed. It rose to the top of my Bread machine and the smell was wonderful. Up there with the best bread recipes I have tried. I toasted it for breakfast this morning and it is so yummy. A definite keeper, thanks for posting!

Gorgeous bread, great texture and wonderful taste. Very easy and simple. I have to say I was a little skeptical when I did not see eggs among the ingredients but after looking at Bev's gorgeous picture I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did it. I used warm water and quick cooking oats, not the instant, though. Best bread I have made so far. It rose to the top of the pan.
