For my taste, this was just too sweet. It also was a little too much volume for my machine. And the top was sunken in, though since I've had that problem before, I'm not sure it was the recipe to blame. (Haven't yet figured out how to prevent this, but not all my breads have this problem.) I may try to tweak the recipe and make again, or try one of the others...

Great Bread, I made axactly as directed. It rose to the top of my Bread machine and the smell was wonderful. Up there with the best bread recipes I have tried. I toasted it for breakfast this morning and it is so yummy. A definite keeper, thanks for posting!

Gorgeous bread, great texture and wonderful taste. Very easy and simple. I have to say I was a little skeptical when I did not see eggs among the ingredients but after looking at Bev's gorgeous picture I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did it. I used warm water and quick cooking oats, not the instant, though. Best bread I have made so far. It rose to the top of the pan.
