An old recipe from Darlene Kossman.

4 1/2 pints (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 ounces liquid pectin

Directions

    Combine honey and water.

    Boil over high heat.

    Add pectin.

    Stir constantly.

    Bring to a full rolling boil .

    Remove from heat.

    Skim.

    Pour into sterilized jars.

    Seal.
