Homemade Pasta Sauce

I got this recipe from a cooking show. My mom ask me to make it and jar it for her all the time.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    pour olive oil into pot.

    smash garlic cloves and olives with the side of a butcher knife.
  3. 3
    let olives and garlic cook in oil until slightly brown.
  4. 4
    add pepper and onions and cook until soft.
  5. 5
    squash canned tomatoes in a seperate bowl with your hands.
  6. 6
    add squashed tomatoes, seasonings, and tomato sauce into pot.
  7. 7
    cook for about 25 minutes.

    serve over pasta.
