I love lemonade, especially one made from scratch. You can adjust the sugar to your sweetness. Cook time includes chilling time.

This lemonade is delightful - exactly what lemonade should be! We found ourselves with a lot of extra lemons (that had been zested for something else), so we made this and froze the "concentrate" - just the lemon-syrup mix - then added the water later. What a great treat!

This lemonade was good, but a lot of work. I had to squeeze 8 lemons to come up with 1 1/4 cups of juice, and since all that effort didn't produce much for the crowd we were feeding, I ended up extending it with Country Time lemonade mix. We loved the result of mixing the two better than the original.

YUM! This is a perfect recipe for lemonade and it reminds me of what I get on the boardwalk. My family loved this so much, my husband is trying to figure out if we can sell it in our ice cream parlor! Only complaint about this one is it definitely doesn't make enough...double or triple it if you can! Thanks for sharing!

Very nice, but I do strain out the lemon rind before serving
