Holiday Hazelnut and Bailey's Coffee

I made this drink in honor of Chef V and her encouragement. This is a new drink made for Holiday Tag 2007.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces strong coffee
  • 2 ounces bailey's irish cream
  • 2 ounces hazelnut-flavored liquid coffee creamer
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream

Directions

  1. 1
    Make your coffee to taste plus a tinge stronger.
  2. 2
    pour hot coffee into large mug.
  3. 3
    add Bailey's and Hazelnut flavored creamer.
  4. 4
    stir and drink up!
  5. 5
    add in whip cream at this point for that added pizazz.
  6. 6
    ** prepe and cook time does not include brewing time as everyones coffee maker is different.

    Simply DE-LISH!!! I am honored to have this Chef inspired coffee. You came up with a great combination. I used espresso for the strong coffee and made exactly as recipe states, Only added Sugar-Free Hazelnut syrup for an added yum! Thanks for posting and sharing your wonderful recipe Chef1Mom. (Made for Bevy Tag 4/08) Cheers ~V

    OH my soooo good! My first thought was that it was a bit too strong - so I added more coffee.... then I saw it was hazelnut creamer!!! I used frangelico (LOL!)which I must say is absolutely deeee--liii-cious!!!! I also used hazelnut coffee. This was just darn good! Happy New Years!
