This was absolutely delicious! Even my daughter, who does not care for sausage, ate it up like it was going out of style! Not only would I highly recommend this, I am sure to make it again. Thanks.

This is a very good breakfast casserole. We made this for Christmas morning and we were not disappointed. We followed all the ingredients except for onions, which DD doesn't care for. Made for Kittencal Tagathon.

This is SO good! I had some leftover Italian sausage to use so it was perfect! For the bread I used some Italian cheese bread I had which lent a lovely flavor to the casserole. I used some thinly sliced red pepper strips sauteed in it as well. It gave a lovely color and flavor to it. My husband inhaled his portion and between mouthfuls was saying 10 stars, 10 stars! As always an absolutely fabulous Kittencal recipe!
