These are absolutely scrumpous! They have got to be the best snack ever. So cheap to make and super easy. I used about 3/4 cup of a heart healthy vegetable oil, and used generic store brand crackers. I will definately be making these again, and again!

I've been looking for this recipe for 8 years... I love this stuff! Makes such a nice gift for giving during the holidays when placed in Christmas tins. I used a 20oz bag of Premium Plus Oyster Crackers and only 1/2 cup of oil (by accident). Baked at 325' for 15 minutes and they turned out perfect! Thanks!!!!

I would love to give these all 5 stars, but I can't imagine them if you used that much oil! I used 1/3 of a cup with 12 ounces of crackers, and it was just right for me. I also didn't use the lemon pepper, as I didn't have any. They were good, good, good! Such a great economical alternative to name brand ranchy snacks. I think I might try it with goldfish crackers too. I will make it over and over again!
