Herbed Corn on the Cob Grilled in Foil

Recipe #66258 | 25 min | 10 min prep | add private note

Corn already seasoned so this is very easy to take for a picnic. No need to bring butter or salt. Just keep corn on ice till ready to cook because the sugar will turn to starch if it sits around. More reason to buy fresh as possible. Can be doubled or cut in half. Feel free to change the herbs.

Awesome! We forgot it on the grill, so a few pieces were charred on one side, but everyone loved them. We will make this again

This was delicious. Am not a great fan of corn on the cob but am already making it a second time in 10 days. Thanks Rita for posting this recipe.

Rita, this was delicious! A great flavored butter. The one thing I will do differently next time? I would melt a tablespoon of the butter to mix with the salt & sugar so that the grains dissolve completely. I can see lots of grilled corn in our future. Thanks!

This corn was really great. Even DH, who is not overly fond of corn on the cob, thought it was very good. I had extra butter and he even added more butter to it after he took it out of the foil. DS#1 was here for supper also, and he really liked it also. We all gave it a 5 star!!!
