chose this recipe as I thought Americans had just had thanksgiving so should be better than anything I could think up! It was incredible, my daughter visiting us here in SA from USA thought it awesome and the whole family requested it again. Lovely smooth gravy with delicious taste. Thank you.

Nice one cheryl!....my first turkey ever. Didnt brine it, and its still so moist. Only lil hitch was the gravy, which was really watery...but besides that, everything is aweeeesome!!! hugz

Without a doubt - wonderful turkey. The gravy really makes this special. We used fresh tapped maple syrup from back home and it was so good.

I really love the gravy that is with this turkey. I added extra maple syrup so that it was a little more then just a hint - I like things sweet.
