Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix, unprepared (any flavor)

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all ingredients well to remove lumps.
  2. 2
    Stir in raisins and/or nuts and/or chocolate chips if you so desire.
  3. 3
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart.

    Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

I used French Vanilla cake mix and made these today. I didnt wait until they cooled (I love warm cookies!) and they tasted fine to me. SUPER easy. Thanks Marg!

    Super easy recipe. Really oily though. The cookies HAVE to cool before eating or else they taste terrible. Made half a batch using strawberry cake mix. Mmmm.

    These are about the easiest cookie recipe I've ever made. I just used a plain white cake mix, and added some white chocolate chips. Super moist and tasty.

    Very tasty if you make strawberry cookies (1 tsp. of dough each)then make sandwich cookies with jam.
