I made this for lunch today and it was so good. I love how healthy it is but also how delicious. It really hit the spot! Thanks for sharing. Made for Went to the Market tag game.

I was off sick from work and wanted some soup. I made this as directed other then I used ground beef instead of turkey or chicken as that is what I had on hand (and since I was sick I wasn't running to the store LOL) Nice hearty soup that I really enjoyed. Made for Fall PAC 2008.

Photo Tag 2007 ~ Nothing says comfort and warming as a hot bowl of soup. I did make a couple of slight changes, such as I used boneless pork chops that I ran through the mincer and added 1 medium size peeled and cubed potato. I too, used frozen green beans (I don't buy canned veggies) and added more carrots. The previous reviewer said it was too much liquid...I thought it could have used just a bit more! I made French Bread Rolls to Die For to serve with this and sprinkled a little feta cheese on top of the soup. Will definitely make this again using chicken. Thanks Annacia.

I reallyliked the soup,it wasvery enjoyable, although I did find the 2 1/2 cups of tomato juice a little too much. Next time I'll put a little less of it.
