Healthy Macaroni & Cheese

For lactose intolerant, white flour haters this is the answer. This recipe tastes great and is as healthy as you're gonna get. I felt like experimenting with the concept of creating milk free mac & cheese the one day and this is the result. O, and its very easy. *lactose intolerance usually excludes white cheeses and bulgarian yoghurt

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook pasta - al dente. Drain well.

    Mix yogurt, eggs and sachet
  3. 3
    Add 1 Cup cheese.
  4. 4
    Mix everything together
  5. 5
    Place in greased ovenproof dish
  6. 6
    Top with 1 Cup cheese.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle paprika ontop.
  8. 8
    Cook in 350 F oven for 15-20 min until firm.
  9. 9
    Serve with some fresh tomatoes.
