This was pretty good. The salad and steak were very good, however we didn't care for the dressing. My entire family thought that the dressing was way too salty and hot. Next time, I think that I would use either garlic powder or fresh garlic instead of the garlic salt. I would then use table salt to taste. Also, I think I would leave out the cayenne pepper entirely and maybe add some salsa to give it some spice and heat. Overall, the salad had a very good flavor, and with some tweaking, it would be something I would serve regularly. Thank you for sharing.
